Breakfast Chef – Walled Garden Restaurant


We’re thrilled to share the exciting news that Lucknam Park Hotel & Spa is expanding, and we are on the lookout for passionate and talented individuals to join our team for our newly opened Walled Garden Restaurant!

An opportunity to join the kitchen team as a Breakfast Chef at Lucknam Park working under the guidance of Hywel Jones, Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage.

Our Breakfast Chef will be expected to work from 6am to prepare dishes to the agreed high standards, using the finest local fresh produce and assist the team when required. You would be joining a dedicated and committed brigade, therefore you need to be passionate about developing your skills and knowledge as a Chef, a team player and the ability to work well under pressure.

Skills and experience required as a Breakfast Chef:

  • Have experience of a busy section within a minimum 2/3 rosette kitchen using high quality raw ingredients
  • Be able to demonstrate a good range of culinary skills
  • Be passionate about working to the highest standard and using the finest local produce
  • Be keen to learn, progress and help to create the perfect customer experience
  • Have experience within a pressurised environment and be able to remain calm under pressure
  • Be enthusiastic, dedicated and motivated Chef who believes they would be an asset to our team

We are offering competitive pay for a full time 40 hour contract or part time role, working from 6am, ideally 5 days a week, but we will consider fewer days per week if suitable candidates are available to cover shifts including weekends and Bank/Public Holidays. Service charge will be paid after completing one full month’s service.

Please be aware Lucknam Park is located in beautiful countryside which is difficult to reach via public transport, therefore your own transport would be advisable to enable you to fulfil the shifts required for this role.
