Executive Chef, Hywel Jones has held a Michelin Star for 21 consecutive years, and offers a refined dining experience in Restaurant Hywel Jones that mirrors its majestic surroundings. Each dish tells a story of Britain’s rich culinary heritage, executed with contemporary flair.
Restaurant Hywel Jones is open from 6pm Wednesday-Saturday with pre-dinner drinks starting at 5.30pm. Last orders at 8pm on Wednesdays, and 8.30pm Thursday-Saturday.
Please note that tables of 10 or more will be hosted in a private dining room.
A discretionary service charge of 10% will be added to your food and beverage bill.

Dress code: smart casual. No sportswear or ripped denim.
Children under the age of 5 are unable to dine in Restaurant Hywel Jones.
