Waiter/Waitress (Summer Season)


We have an opportunity for a Waiter/Waitress to join the Food and Beverage team working over the Summer season on a temporary basis at Lucknam Park. The team are very proud of their accolades and the level of service they deliver. We are looking for someone to join the team who is passionate about hospitality and has a desire to develop and progress within the industry.

Waiter/Waitress is an entry level position, we are able to offer the successful candidate the opportunity to join a professional team and to learn and develop within the role.

This is a temporary basis casual zero hour contract for the summer season working flexible hours each week. Due to insurance reasons, candidates must be 18 years of age or over.

Skills and experience required to fulfil the role of Waiter/Waitress:

  • Experience within a restaurant and an understanding high level service
  • An interest in food and wine
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Impeccably presented
  • Confident, professional and welcoming personality
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English – written and verbal
  • Team player with a proactive approach to learning

We are offering a competitive pay rate from £11.75 per hour. Flexibility is required to fulfil business needs. Shifts may include evenings, weekends and Public/Bank Holidays. Service charge will be paid after completing one full month’s service.
