Restaurant Hywel Jones
Head Waiter – full time position working 48 hours over 5 days. Previous experience in a comparable property/restaurant is required, minimum 3 rosettes, as a Senior Chef de rang/Junior Head Waiter. The ideal candidate will have excellent food and wine knowledge with a WSET qualification, be able to deliver a consistently excellent level of guest service and the passion and motivation to progress within the industry.
Chef de Rang – We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef de Rang to join the team in the Michelin starred ‘Restaurant Hywel Jones’ at Lucknam Park Hotel & Spa. The team at Lucknam Park are very proud of their accolades and the level of service they deliver. We are looking for someone to join the team who is passionate about hospitality and has a desire to develop and progress within the industry. This is a full time role working 48 hours a week over 5 days. Shifts are allocated according to business needs and will include evenings, weekends and Public/Bank Holidays.
Assistant Sommelier – We are looking for an Assistant Sommelier to work alongside the Head Sommelier within the Food and Beverage team at Lucknam Park Hotel & Spa. The Assistant Sommelier role is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills with a view to progressing in the future. You will be required to deputise in the Head Sommeliers absence and work with the Head Sommelier to ensure that the wine service is carried out to a consistently high standard, the wine list is maintained and the cellar managed correctly. We are offering a competitive salary for a full time role, working 48 hours over 5 days including evenings, weekends and Bank/Public Holidays.
Assistant Brasserie Manager – we are looking for a strong Number 2 in The Brasserie at Lucknam Park. We are looking for someone with previous experience in a minimum 2 rosette property/restaurant. You will be required to deputise for the Brasserie Manager in his absence, so it is important you are able to lead and motivate a team whilst delivering the highest level of guest service. A genuine interest in food and wine is required and a WSET qualification would be beneficial.
Brasserie Waiting team – looking for full time waiting team members to work 48 hours week over 5 days. Previous experience would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be given, however a desire to learn and progress and the ability to deliver an excellent level of service are essential.
