Our ‘AA 5 Red Star’ service is reliant on the recruitment of team members who are dedicated to hospitality and have a desire to deliver consistently high standards. Career development and promotion within the team is encouraged and proactively managed throughout the property.

In addition to our 5 Red Star rating we also pride ourselves on our Michelin star (Restaurant Hywel Jones), 2 rosettes in the more informal Brasserie and the Visit England Gold Award.   • Kitchen

    Junior Sous Chef – This is a full time role, working 48 hours a week, our aim is to achieve a 4 day working week, however shift patterns are dependent on business needs and therefore flexibility is required. We may be able to offer temporary live in accommodation or assistance sourcing local accommodation. Our Junior Sous Chef is working as the number 2 in the kitchen on a day to day basis and is therefore required to work across all sections of the kitchen, support the Head Chef as well as assist in developing the Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs in order to consistently deliver the quality of food expected by our guests.

    Chef de Partie – full time position working 4 days over 7.  Previous comparable experience required, minimum 2 rosette, Michelin star experience would be a distinct advantage.  Ability to work across sections with a keen interest in fresh produce and excellent culinary skills.

    Restaurant Hywel Jones

    Chef de Rang – We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef de Rang to join the team in the Michelin starred ‘Restaurant Hywel Jones’ at Lucknam Park Hotel & Spa.  The team at Lucknam Park are very proud of their accolades and the level of service they deliver.  We are looking for someone to join the team who is passionate about hospitality and has a desire to develop and progress within the industry. This is a full time role working 48 hours a week over 5 days.  Shifts are allocated according to business needs and will include evenings, weekends and Public/Bank Holidays.

    Assistant Sommelier – We are looking for an Assistant Sommelier to work alongside the Head Sommelier within the Food and Beverage team at Lucknam Park Hotel & Spa. The Assistant Sommelier role is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills with a view to progressing in the future.  You will be required to deputise in the Head Sommeliers absence and work with the Head Sommelier to ensure that the wine service is carried out to a consistently high standard, the wine list is maintained and the cellar managed correctly. We are offering a competitive salary for a full time role, working 48 hours over 5 days including evenings, weekends and Bank/Public Holidays.

  • Gardens & Grounds Team

    The gardens of Lucknam Park are spread over 5 acres and are set within an impressive estate of 500 acres of listed parkland. Our estates team work hard to deliver exceptional gardens, grounds, riding paths and kitchen garden. The work they do is varied and enjoyable and they love to interact with guests whilst they are out and about.

  • Front of House

    In this department you are often the first and last point of contact for guests and your interaction with them is what they will remember. If you love delivering excellent customer service, are naturally warm and welcoming and happy to deal with the many and varied aspects of a front of house role then we would love to hear from you. We do request that our front office team are fluent in English, take a pride in their appearance and happy to work shift patterns.

  • Housekeeping

    The unsung heroes of any hotel team, their diligent daily work delivers bedrooms and public areas that are exceptional for each and every guest experience. If you enjoy team work and physical endeavours this is a great department to join.

    Spa Cleaner – This is a part time role working 10 hours/week (5am to 7am) over 5 days, including weekends and Bank Holidays. Competitive wage and company benefits available. As Spa Cleaner you will be required to carry out a deep clean of all the spa poolside areas including Thermal Experience cabins (sauna, steam, cabins) and all chrome, metal and  glass surrounds and fixtures and wooden decking and stone floors. You must be a responsible cleaner and deliver a high standard of cleaning – all support and training will be given.

    Room Attendant – full time position working 35 hours/week, previous experience within a housekeeping role would be desirable but not essential.  Working hours will include weekends and evenings on a rota basis.   Please be aware that this is a very manual role involving lifting and carrying.

    Linen Porter – full time positions working 35 hours/week working weekends and Public/Bank Holidays.  Responsibilities include taking delivery of linen, distributing linen around the property, carpet cleaning, setting up spare beds.  Please be aware that this is a very manual role which involves a lot of lifting and carrying and

  • Spa

    Set within the estate’s 500-acres of unspoilt parkland, The Spa is totally at one with its surroundings incorporating wood, marble and glass to reflect the warn seasonal hues of the outdoors.

    Spa Reservationist/Receptionist – full time position working in both the sales office and front of house in the spa.  We are looking for someone who has experience in a similar role and an understanding of treatments and spa etiquette.  An excellent telephone manner and guest service skills, keen eye for detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.  Role will be a mixture of shifts to ensure business needs are met.

    Spa Therapist – full time position available, average 40 hour working week on a rolling 3 week rota.  Must be Level 3 Beauty/Complementary Therapy qualified.  Must have spa/salon  experience, excellent guest service skills and be a team player!

  • Equestrian Centre

    Our full size all weather arena allows riders to hone their riding skills in dressage and jumping, whilst the lunge arena is perfect for individual lessons.

    Maintenance Assistant – This is a full time role working 40 over 5 days including weekends and Bank/Public Holidays. We are looking for an experienced Maintenance/Pool Plant Assistant to join the team at Lucknam Park.  The ideal candidate will have extensive ‘hands-on’ experience and have a proactive approach to work.
