Our ‘AA 5 Red Star’ service is reliant on the recruitment of team members who are dedicated to hospitality and have a desire to deliver consistently high standards. Career development and promotion within the team is encouraged and proactively managed throughout the property.

In addition to our 5 Red Star rating we also pride ourselves on our Michelin star (Restaurant Hywel Jones), 2 rosettes in the more informal Brasserie and the Visit England Gold Award. Team members are considered our greatest asset and with this in mind we are open to receiving speculative applications for all levels.
