  • Kitchen

    Chef de Partie – full time role working 48 hours, 4 day week.  Experience in a minimum 3 rosette kitchen required, Michelin starred experience would be advantageous.  Keen to learn and develop, enthusiastic with a proactive approach to work.


  • Food & Beverage

    Restaurant Hywel Jones

    Commis de Rang – working full time, this is an opportunity to join a Michelin starred team and hone your skills, develop and progress.  Enthusiasm to learn, proactive approach to work and ability to deliver excellent guest service are a necessity.

    The Brasserie

    Brasserie Waiter/Waitress opportunities – we are looking for passionate team players to join the Brasserie.  Previous experience of working in a Food and Beverage environment would be preferred, more importantly the ability to deliver an excellent level of service and drive to learn are essential.  A range of shifts are available to enable people to work on a part time basis.

  • Gardens & Grounds Team

    The gardens of Lucknam Park are spread over 5 acres and are set within an impressive estate of 500 acres of listed parkland. Our estates team work hard to deliver exceptional gardens, grounds, riding paths and kitchen garden. The work they do is varied and enjoyable and they love to interact with guests whilst they are out and about.

  • Front of House

    In this department you are often the first and last point of contact for guests and your interaction with them is what they will remember. If you love delivering excellent customer service, are naturally warm and welcoming and happy to deal with the many and varied aspects of a front of house role then we would love to hear from you. We do request that our front office team are fluent in English, take a pride in their appearance and happy to work shift patterns.

  • Housekeeping

    The unsung heroes of any hotel team, their diligent daily work delivers bedrooms and public areas that are exceptional for each and every guest experience. If you enjoy team work and physical endeavours this is a great department to join.

    Part Time Room Attendant – due to the high levels of occupancy we are looking for additional Room Attendants to support the team.  The hours of work are 11am to 3pm, 5 days/week including weekends.  Previous experience would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given. This is a manual role involving lifting and carrying.   We are looking for people that are team players, have a proactive approach to work and a good eye for details – our guests expect perfection.

  • Spa

    Set within the estate’s 500-acres of unspoilt parkland, The Spa is totally at one with its surroundings incorporating wood, marble and glass to reflect the warn seasonal hues of the outdoors.

    Spa Attendant – full time position.  Duties include cleaning the spa, replenishing amenities, restocking towels, pool water testing and ensuring the spa is presented to the highest standard at all times.

    Spa Cleaner – working 5am to 7am, 5 days/week.  You will be responsible for ensuring that the Spa and pool areas are cleaned to a high standard including deep cleaning.  Please be aware this is a very manual role.  Previous Spa/Pool cleaning experience would be a distinct advantage.

  • Equestrian Centre

    Our full size all weather arena allows riders to hone their riding skills in dressage and jumping, whilst the lunge arena is perfect for individual lessons.

  • Management Trainee

    Management Trainee – we are offering a 2 year management trainee programme. During this time you will work for 5 months each in the Brasserie, Housekeeping, Front Office and Restaurant Hywel Jones.  In addition to these modules you will spend time within other areas of the hotel such as Sales and Marketing, Kitchen, Spa and HR to ensure you have an excellent understanding of the hotel.  This programme is designed for someone who has either studied hospitality or has experience within a single department and wants to pursue a career into management.  We anticipate that successful completion of the programme will result in a Supervisor/Junior Management position.
