  • Kitchen

    Brasserie Sous Chef – great opportunity to join the Brigade at this level, these opportunities do not come along often!!  We are looking for an experienced, passionate individual to join the Brasserie team.  As the number 2 you will be responsible for the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.  Proven experience preferably at 2 rosette level and the ability to train and develop a team.

    Junior Sous Chef – This is a full time role, working 48 hours a week, our aim is to achieve a 4 day working week, however shift patterns are dependent on business needs and therefore flexibility is required. We may be able to offer temporary live in accommodation or assistance sourcing local accommodation. Our Junior Sous Chef is working as the number 2 in the kitchen on a day to day basis and is therefore required to work across all sections of the kitchen, support the Head Chef as well as assist in developing the Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs in order to consistently deliver the quality of food expected by our guests.

    Chef de Partie – full time position working 4 days over 7.  Previous comparable experience required, minimum 2 rosette, Michelin star experience would be a distinct advantage.  Ability to work across sections with a keen interest in fresh produce and excellent culinary skills.

    Commis Chef – fantastic opportunity to join a passionate brigade and learn and develop under the guidance of Hywel Jones, Executive Chef.  Experience within a kitchen required however full training will be given.

    Restaurant Hywel Jones

    Commis de Rang – We are looking for a Commis de Rang to join the team in the Michelin starred ‘Restaurant Hywel Jones’ at Lucknam Park Hotel & Spa. The candidate needs to be passionate about hospitality and have a desire to develop and progress within the industry. Commis de Rang is an entry level position, we are able to offer the successful candidate the opportunity to join a professional team and to learn and develop within the role. This is a full time role working 48 hours a week over 5 days.  Shifts are allocated according to business needs and will include evenings, weekends and Public/Bank Holidays.  Service charge will be paid on successful completion of one month’s service.

    The Brasserie

    Waiter/Waitress – full time position working 40/48 hours per week, previous experience in a Food and Beverage environment is required along with the ability to deliver excellent service and an interest in food and beverage.

    Bartender – full time role working 5 days over 7.  Experience in cocktail/mocktail development and service, an innovative approach to the bar, a keen eye and engaging personality are a must to ensure that our guests receive the service they have come to expect from Lucknam Park.


  • Gardens & Grounds Team

    The gardens of Lucknam Park are spread over 5 acres and are set within an impressive estate of 500 acres of listed parkland. Our estates team work hard to deliver exceptional gardens, grounds, riding paths and kitchen garden. The work they do is varied and enjoyable and they love to interact with guests whilst they are out and about.

    Gardener – full time position working Monday to Friday, you will part of a passionate team who are committed to their role whatever the weather! The gardens at Lucknam Park add to the overall guest experience, it is essential they are maintained to a high standard at all times.  To fulfil this we need a proactive team of gardeners to be able to fulfil the workload.

  • Front of House

    In this department you are often the first and last point of contact for guests and your interaction with them is what they will remember. If you love delivering excellent customer service, are naturally warm and welcoming and happy to deal with the many and varied aspects of a front of house role then we would love to hear from you. We do request that our front office team are fluent in English, take a pride in their appearance and happy to work shift patterns.

    Receptionist – We have an opportunity for a Receptionist to join our Front of House team at Lucknam Park Hotel & Spa on a full time basis, 40 hours a week over 5 days. Shifts will be allocated on a weekly basis according to business needs and will include early mornings, evenings, weekends and Public/Bank Holidays. As a member of our Front of House team you will be responsible for delivering a consistently high standard of service ensuring that all of our guests’ needs and requests are met in a professional and timely manner. This is a diverse role where the successful applicant will be required to multi task and remain calm under pressure.

    House Porter – we are offering a full time role, working 40 hours over 5 days. Our House Porters play an important role within the Front of House team and around the hotel.  The role of a House Porter is a varied one and no two days are the same. You need to be guest focused and able to deal with guests’ requests efficiently and professionally. Shifts will include weekends, evenings and Public/Bank Holidays.

  • Housekeeping

    The unsung heroes of any hotel team, their diligent daily work delivers bedrooms and public areas that are exceptional for each and every guest experience. If you enjoy team work and physical endeavours this is a great department to join.

    Spa Cleaner – This is a part time role working 10 hours/week (5am to 7am) over 5 days, including weekends and Bank Holidays. Competitive wage and company benefits available. As Spa Cleaner you will be required to carry out a deep clean of all the spa poolside areas including Thermal Experience cabins (sauna, steam, cabins) and all chrome, metal and  glass surrounds and fixtures and wooden decking and stone floors. You must be a responsible cleaner and deliver a high standard of cleaning – all support and training will be given.

    Room Attendant – full time role working 35 hours over 5 days to include evenings and weekends.  We are looking for a team player who is self motivated, has a keen eye for detail and proactive approach to work.

  • Spa

    Set within the estate’s 500-acres of unspoilt parkland, The Spa is totally at one with its surroundings incorporating wood, marble and glass to reflect the warn seasonal hues of the outdoors.

    Spa Receptionist – We are looking for an experienced and passionate Receptionist to join the team in the ESPA branded Spa at Lucknam Park. Our team of Spa Receptionists are responsible for ensuring that all of our visitors to the Spa receive a first class welcome in order to exceed their expectations.   Knowledge of the treatments and facilities on offer is essential in order to be able to assist members and guests in a professional and timely manner. This is a full time role working 40 hours a week on a shift basis.  Shifts will be allocated on a weekly basis according to business needs and will include early mornings, evenings, weekends and Public/Bank Holidays.

  • Equestrian Centre

    Our full size all weather arena allows riders to hone their riding skills in dressage and jumping, whilst the lunge arena is perfect for individual lessons.

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance/Pool Plant Assistant to join the team at Lucknam Park.  The ideal candidate will have extensive ‘hands-on’ experience and have a proactive approach to work.
