Our ‘AA 5 Red Star’ service is reliant on the recruitment of team members who are dedicated to hospitality and have a desire to deliver consistently high standards. Career development and promotion within the team is encouraged and proactively managed throughout the property.

In addition to our 5 Red Star rating we also pride ourselves on our Michelin star (Park restaurant), 2 rosettes in the more informal Brasserie and the Visit England Gold Award. Team members are considered our greatest asset and with this in mind we are open to receiving speculative applications for all levels.

  • Food & Beverage

    If you are passionate about delivering  great service we are always happy to hear from new candidates. Whatever level you wish to begin from, forward your details and we will reply. Lucknam Park offers a fine dining Michelin starred restaurant The Park and a lively contemporary Brasserie.

    Chef de Rang – relevant experience within a minimum 3 rosette restaurant is required with a strong knowledge of cheese and wine.  Ability to deliver an excellent level of service with a keen eye for detail, immaculately presented and a team player.

    Commis – we are offering a full time role within the Michelin starred Park team.  An understanding of service standards and a passion to learn and develop within the hospitality industry are required.

    Brasserie Waiter/Waitress – full time position working a variety of shifts over 5 days/week.  Previous experience of working in a food and beverage operation would be an advantage.  Ability to deliver an excellent level of service is essential along a passion for hospitality

    Assistant Restaurant Manager – experience as a Head Waiter/Senior CDR in a minimum 3 rosette, Michelin experience would be a distinct advantage.  Wine and cheese knowledge required.  Experience in motivating, leading and developing a team is required.  Keen eye for detail and clear understanding of the service levels required to ensure the guest journey is faultless.

    Bar and Lounge Waiter/Waitress – working 48 hours/week you will be responsible for ensuring that the level of service delivered in the lounges is to the highest standard, including lunch, afternoon tea as well as pre and after dinner drink service.  You are required to be impeccably presented, have an engaging personality and the ability to multi task whilst remaining calm.  Experience within a comparable property would be an advantage.

  • Gardens & Grounds Team

    The gardens of Lucknam Park are spread over 5 acres and are set within an impressive estate of 500 acres of listed parkland. Our estates team work hard to deliver exceptional gardens, grounds, riding paths and kitchen garden. The work they do is varied and enjoyable and they love to interact with guests whilst they are out and about.

  • Front of House

    In this department you are often the first and last point of contact for guests and your interaction with them is what they will remember. If you love delivering excellent customer service, are naturally warm and welcoming and happy to deal with the many and varied aspects of a front of house role then we would love to hear from you. We do request that our front office team are fluent in English, take a pride in their appearance and happy to work shift patterns.

    Receptionist – full time role working 40 hours / week on a rota basis including evenings, weekends and public holidays.  Experience of working within a hotel reception would be a distinct advantage.  Keen eye for detail, ability to deliver an excellent level of guest service and multi task are essential.

    House Porter – a full time role working 40 hours over 5 days including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.  Manual role involving lifting and carrying luggage and deliveries.  Required to set up conference rooms, ensure lounges are presented to a high standard and adhoc requests.  Keen eye for details and desire to deliver excellent guest service are a necessity.  Clean driving licence required as successful applicant will be required to valet park guest cars.

  • Housekeeping

    The unsung heroes of any hotel team, their diligent daily work delivers bedrooms and public areas that are exceptional for each and every guest experience. If you enjoy team work and physical endeavours this is a great department to join.

    Room Attendant – weekends – working 14 hours over the weekend including evenings.  Required to clean and present bedrooms and public areas to a high standard within a set timeframe.  Manual role which involves bending, lifting and carrying.  No experience required but good attention detail, self motivated, team player and proactive approach to work.

    Room Attendant – full time – working 35 hours a week over 5 days including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.  Responsibilities include cleaning and presenting bedrooms and public areas to a high standard.  Manual role which involves bending, lifting and carrying.  No experience required but a keen eye for detail, self motivated, team player and a proactive approach to work.

  • Spa

    Set within the estate’s 500-acres of unspoilt parkland, The Spa is totally at one with its surroundings incorporating wood, marble and glass to reflect the warn seasonal hues of the outdoors.

    Senior Therapist – full time role working over 5 days, shifts as required.  Level 3 Beauty Therapist qualification required to fulfil the role.  Experience within a comparable property/salon is required and previous experience with ESPA would be a distinct advantage.

    Spa Therapist – 2 days/week to include one day during the weekend – Essential you are experienced and qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Beauty, enjoy doing massage and are a team player.  Rate of pay is dependent on level of experience.

    Spa Cleaner – working 5am to 7am, 5 days a week.  Responsible for ensuring the Spa is cleaned to a high standard, this is a particularly manual role and involves the cleaning of the wet areas within the Spa including poolside, thermal cabins, changing rooms etc.  Previous experience would be an advantage but full training will be given.  You need to be self motivated and have a proactive approach to work in order to meet time deadlines.

    Spa and Leisure Operations Manager – working 48 hours/week, you will be 2nd in command in the Spa and be responsible for the smooth running of the day to day operations including supervising the Receptionists, Assistants and Cleaners.  Pool plant qualification is required as well as experience of working with in a spa / fitness environment with a good understanding of daily challenges and delivering consistently high levels of guest service.

  • Equestrian Centre

    Our full size all weather arena allows riders to hone their riding skills in dressage and jumping, whilst the lunge arena is perfect for individual lessons.

  • Sales and Marketing

    Business Development Executive – London and M4.  Looking for an experienced BDE to cover London/M4 corridor.  Previous standalone Sales Manager/BDE territory management experience, recent London experience, engaging personality and excellent sales skills are required.  Essential you are able to manage and prioritise workload to meet required deadlines.

    Reservations Coordinator – full time position working Wednesday to Friday midday to 8.30pm and Saturday and Sunday 10am to 6.30pm.  Previous experience within reservations or a hotel front office is required, keen eye for detail, ability to multi task and remain calm under pressure.  Excellent telephone manner, ability to communicate in English (written and verbal) and a proactive approach to work.

  • Operations

    Facilities Manager – working 48 hours/week over 5 days including weekends and Public/Bank Holidays, leading a small team you are required to ensure that the property is maintained to a high standard and issues are rectified quickly to ensure the comfort of all guests.  Researching and arranging contractors as required.  Qualifications would be an advantage but not essential, this is a ‘hands on’ role, not office based.
