Spring is the most exciting time of year as a chef, as this season comes alive with fresh flavours and vibrant colours. Learn to let the ingredients do the hard work for you and create some stunning but simple dishes using the best local and seasonal produce.
Course examples are:
- New season lamb, spring peas and wild garlic
- Homemade linguini, spring vegetables, parmesan, basil pesto
- Smoked ham hock and pea soup, poached quails egg
- Rhubarb soufflé, ginger ice cream
The course includes arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of a chef’s jacket and apron. Please advise of any food allergies at the time of booking.
This is a full day course which costs £175 per person.
Course registration begins at 08:30am for a 9:00am start. The course will finish at approximately 4:00pm.
