Lucknam Park can offer you private dining in our Michelin Star Restaurant for your special occasion. From engagement parties, romantic meals and celebrations to executive meetings and networking dinners – we can tailor our menu to suit the occasion!

Our Executive Chef Hywel Jones will create the menu to suit the occasion and our sommelier will ensure fine wines to accompany; for more information see our Dining section.

    Crisp compression of smoked Roundway Hill pork, roast langoustine, peanut relish

     

    Grilled Cornish day boat mackerel, Heritage beetroot, apple and horseradish

     

    Rosemary goats cheese mousse, tomato and black olive tart, violet artichoke, garden herbs

     

    Main

    Braised Wiltshire beef, creamed parsnips, chanterelle mushrooms, glazed baby onions,

    tenderstem broccoli

     

    Roast fillet of Cornish day boat hake, creamed sweetcorn, crab bonbon, hazelnut and

    lemon thyme jus gras

     

    Rolled lasagne of winter root vegetables, glazed Grellot onions, wild mushroom veloute
