Studied hospitality management in Switzerland and moved to England to learn the language. Six years with Hilton in London and progressed to Food & Beverage Manager. I then moved to the country house market as I prefer this to city hotels. I worked for Elite hotels and Red Carnation hotels, and the last six years have been General Manager at Charlton House Hotel.
Why Lucknam Park
It has been my dream to be General Manager of one of the best hotels and I really like the surrounding area. I look forward to working with industry icon Harry Murray.
